I’ve been messing around a lot with Tilt Brush, which is a 3D painting tool in virtual reality. You can see it in action here. Painting in VR is completely different than painting using a traditional monitor, and I find it encourages me to try out new things and paint stuff I normally wouldn’t. Since Sketch of the Day is all about experimenting and learning, I’ll be sprinkling in Tilt Brush paintings from time to time in order to teach myself how to translate my style into VR.
