Day 732 – January 1st, 2014
Here’s a big post from my personal blog of all the main events of 2013 for me. It’s been an amazing year, and Sketch of the Day has been an increasingly huge part of it. Thank you so much for following this project and giving me your support, it really means the world to me whenever someone comments on my work or sends a thoughtful message. The feedback I’ve gotten through this blog has inspired me to work harder every single day.
In 2014, there are a bunch of things I’m planning to do. Of course, I’ll be continuing my daily sketches (Day 1000 will be sometime in September!), and I’ll also be doing my best to produce videos, prints, and tutorials. Launching the new SOTD site was something I really wanted to get done before the new year, so I’m glad it’s up, but it’s not quite where I want it to be yet, so I’ll be doing more work there as well! So much to do… anyway, thank you again for following my simple little sketch project. It’s impossible to say what the next year will bring, but whether it’s good or bad, I’ll be painting through it all. Cheers!
